Delta P panel filters are made of superior grade fiberglass media. They are available in 2 styles- pinch frame or die cut box frame, in 1" and 2" thickness. Delta P filters are rated MERV 7 (minimum 50% effective on 3-10 microns) they have a low pressure drop with high dust holding capacity. GREAT FILTER FOR HOME HVAC SYSTEMS. The Delta P generates the MERV rating of many pleated filters without the restriction to airflow. A cost effective upgrade to basic efficiency filters.

The hi-E 40 is a medium efficiency, self-supported extended surface, pleated filter, available in 1", 2" or 4" depths and several standard face sizes to accommodate most system requirements. The lofted, non-woven media composed of non-dyed natural cotton and synthetic fibers provides 25-30% average efficiency and 90-93% average arrestance. The hi-E 40 is effective as a stand-alone filter or prefilter. UL Class 2.
