Return & Warranty Policy

Workmanship Warranty

Purolator products sold by Air Cleaning Specialists, Inc. include a 1-year workmanship warranty. With proper documentation and review, we may repair, replace, or issue a credit/refund at our discretion.
Filters that have been installed/used are not applicable to this warranty.

Returns (Non-Defective Items)

All non-defective returns require prior written approval and are handled on a case-by-case basis. When approved, returns must meet all of the following:

  • Requested within 15 days of receipt
  • 30% restocking fee applies
  • Freight prepaid by the customer
  • In original packaging and unused (i.e., new/resalable condition)

Note: Custom/special/made-to-order items are typically not eligible for return.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect all deliveries upon arrival. If damage is found, refuse delivery and notify us immediately so we can arrange a replacement. Signing for a shipment without noting specific damage may limit our ability to file a carrier claim.
